Virginia loves working alongside an amazing team, focussed on providing quality supports, and is passionate that each person belongs in their community, regardless of ability, and that each person has something to “give back or contribute.”

Virginia is motivated by Pathways’ mission statement of “Better Lives” and it is her desire that each person, their family, staff and the community has a better life, because of interacting with Pathways.
